Living Life of Me
In old age I am happy as can be
Retired no job no responsibility
No stress living well carefree
No pretending no acting living life of me
Legs weak knees creaking but I don't have to run
I can walk in leisure or laze in the sun
Muscles are bit floppy can't lift much weight
Yet strong enough to do my things and stand straight
Have difficulty catching soft sounds little deaf of ear
Suits me good I hear what I want to hear
Brain a little foggy I tend to forget
Helps to erase old hurt anger and regret
They make me laugh like me foolish to a friend
Lucky and grateful my friends are God send
Looking back at life led smile comes to my face
Enjoying good health happiness by Wahegur's Grace
