Don’t is a word I don’t like 

Don’t has ruled my life all my life 

In spite of the don’ts imposed I did my do s

To do my do s I found  a way 

Didn’t bother what others had to say 

Toddler  I was told don’t fidget be quiet 

I never sat still ran around creating a riot 

At puberty I was told don’t t do that blind you will go 

I defied putting my hands to use pleasured myself so 

Come adulthood elders said don’t drink it is bad 

With friends drank silly can’t remember the tots I have had 

Society believes in old age one should be chaste sober and wise 

Not for me I still frolic dance and enjoy and totter through life 

Take this fools advice define your own don’ts and your own  do

Live full life love  without guilt live the life which is for you
