                              Delux Dhaba

Puran Singh or Delux Dhaba 

non my chacha non my baba 

I grabbed the chance for the talk

Down the memory lane to walk 

Or maybe to have half a laugh 

Don't want to prove meself right 

Testing if my mind is still bright 

Taken  wise advice of Anil the Puff

 Stopping here me think its enough 

Let spirits of Puran and Delux lay to rest 

Hold no malice toward any silence is best  

Before stopping let me tell you story of Sandhu dal 

Ajax and company went late after bar timimg and ball 

Delux was closing all dishes finished only dal left to eat 

The drunken lot were determined did not beat a retreat 

Ajax gently lifted the cook with grace 

Then took over the cooks place 

The left over dal Ajax poured into the frying pan 

A dozen eggs he added mashed thus the legend began 

It became a favourite Sandhu dal gained a name and fame

All course mates dear to the last man a friend 

Wishing them health happiness and joy to no end
